The location is delineated by the following streets: Kulíškova from the north, Karadžičova from the west, Páričkova from the south, and the border of the ‘500 flats’ housing development from the east. Karadžičova Street is included in the plot under consideration.The surface of the plot totals 4.5 hectares. It is located on the border of two of Bratislava’s cadastral districts – Staré Mesto and Ružinov.
