The plot is delineated from the north and the west by the municipal border of Čierna Voda, from the east by Vajnorská Street and by the extension of Triblavinská Street. The surface under consideration equals approximately 10 hectares. The core of the urban design is represented by housing sectors consisting of low apartment buildings. These buildings form compact blocks with a distinct hierarchy of public, semi-public, and recreational premises in connection with the ground floor of the individual structures.
