The building is situated on a gap site between two multi-purpose buildings within a built-up area in Petržalka consisting of concrete-block buildings. The design focused on the construction of a 14-storey multi-purpose building with the effective surface totalling 4,420 square metres. The majority of the surface consists of residential premises; the rest is taken up by commercial premises on the ground floor and non-residential premises. The parking area is proposed in the open space on the adjacent plot adjoining the existing parking area. The ground floor features a passage underneath the building.
